IS it a crown of beauty or just an annoying piece of decoration? What if you're a victim of an incident that became your most unforgettable experience?
Making the hair grow is a sacrifice some people are willing to go through just so they can be considered glamorous.
But others forget that having a long hair can sometimes annoy people, like when you are riding in jeepneys, walking in congested streets, shopping in busy malls, etc.
This happens when your hair gets blown by the wind and obstructs people near you or assails their senses of sight, smell, even taste.
I experienced something like it once while riding in a jeepney to Compostela, Cebu with a woman sitting beside me.
Her long hair was blown to my face and some strands covered my nose, eyes and mouth, choking me and covering my sight.
I saw people inside the vehicle laugh and I was embarrassed. But realizing that getting angry would only push my blood pressure to shoot up and make me a villain, I calmed down.
I therefore advice those who are enjoying the beauty of their long hair to ensure that they will not irritate the people around them.
